One Day Down!

Woo Hoo!

I did it! Today was stellar. I got up at 6ish and worked out. I didn't go for a run because I realized when I was getting dressed... UH I have a little boy sleeping in his room!!!! I can't leave him at home alone!!! Crazy but true that it didn't occur to me sooner!!! But I did a living room workout - worked up a decent sweat. Then ate flawlessly today AND went to Turbo Kick class which turbo kicked my behind!

  2. Dinner was great and I don't know about you but I didn't think it was missing anything. High protein and only natural carbs through the veggies. I could eat like this forever! Thanls for the tasty food!

  3. I agree with Dave...you are a great cook and you always make food taste good...even the veggies! :-)
    I think you should post a picture of you now beside the one you have here...then you can really see that you have made progress. When we look at ourselves, we only see what we think we see, not what others see. You're lookin' great.
